What’s your refund policy?

We hold ourselves to the highest of standards and we truly want your pet to benefit from our products, which is why we created our Happy-Pet-Parent Guarantee. Our 30-day money back guarantee is designed to encourage you to try it for a full month, as we understand every supplement may not be the perfect fit for every pet.

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@shoplongevityproject.com.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once approved. Products may be opened, but we may request additional information to process your request. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed after approval.

All items are shipped via USPS, and orders over $50 ship free of charge.
